From cart to confirmation — what happens when you order from The H2O Hub.
Ordering step by step
- Browse and add to cart — find your tanks and products in the shop and add them to your cart.
- Check out — send your order through with your contact and delivery details.
- We confirm — our team confirms availability, delivery arrangements and your order details with you directly.
- Delivery or collection — your order is scheduled to suit your site, with installation coordinated where included.
Delivery charges
Delivery within a 50 km radius of Johannesburg is charged on the total weight of your order — R150 up to 5 kg, R350 from 5 kg to 25 kg, R450 from 25 kg to 100 kg and R1 200 from 100 kg. Deliveries outside that radius are quoted on request. See Delivery for the full detail.
