Delivery charges – Johannesburg

Delivery charges within a 50 km radius of Johannesburg are based on the total weight of your order:

• 0 kg up to 5 kgR150 per delivery
• 5 kg up to 25 kgR350 per delivery
• 25 kg up to 100 kgR450 per delivery
• 100 kg and aboveR1 200 per delivery

Deliveries outside the 50 km radius of Johannesburg may be subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact us at sales@theh2ohub.co.za or 074 075 4171 for a delivery quotation.

Order dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared.

Dispatch times may vary during periods of high order volumes or increased demand. Should there be any delay, we will contact you with an update.

Please ensure that all delivery details provided are correct and complete, and that someone is available to receive the order.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible damage or damage to the packaging must be reported to The H2O Hub as soon as possible after delivery.

Collection

Collection is available by appointment only.

Installation

Professional installation services are available on request. Installation is not included in the product price and will be quoted separately based on the requirements of the installation.
